The 2021 Laurie Phillips Memorial Lecture: Object Relations, Fierce Love and The (Antiracist) Container That Cures, with Rev. Jacqueline J. Lewis, Ph.D
At this year’s Laurie Phillips Memorial Lecture, we welcome back Rev. Dr. Jacqui Lewis, who will introduce the philosophy of ubuntu—I am who am I am because we are who we are—and introduce her work on fierce love (in relation to self, community and world) in order to explore what it means to engage the client as agent in making a both a better life and a better, antiracist world.
